The Fellowship Community Church under the leadership of Reverend Lon Calvin Whitfield Th.D. D. D.

The Fellowship Community Church is a loving, vibrant, and powerful Christ-centered outreach ministry with a mission to seek and save the lost. We also soliciting individuals and families from any ethnic background to come and partner with us to communicate the message of the gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is our desire to deal with real issues of family, finances, careers, mental health, and many more. Challenged families are identified and we will be providing provisions and assisting their transition into complete self-sufficiency. We will be providing additional counseling/mentoring to assist in the resolution of their family needs. Our ministries will include fundamental and expert Bible classes, family crisis workshops, youth ministries, marriage counseling, and community social services. We are seeking servant leaders for our ministry as well as individuals that feel the call of God on their lives and desire to be a part of this new and anointed move of God.

Reverend Lon Calvin Whitfield Th.D D.D. has spent over 10 years under the mentoring of the late Reverend Kelmo C. Porter Jr. of St. Johns Baptist Church of Scotch Plains, NJ. After the passing of Dr. Porter in October of 2015 God has called Dr. Whitfield to resume the ministry of The Fellowship Community Church. “We can no longer wait for the approval of men when there are so many hurting souls and God has already given us His permission to seek and save the lost in the name of Jesus,” says Dr. Whitfield. We are being overwhelmed with requests from the surrounding community to start worship services. It is clear that God has anointed Dr. Whitfield with a heart for worship and God’s people.
